Drew Lints
Executive Coach & Facilitator
Drew Lints brings two decades of leadership experience helping churches and founder-led and blue-collar businesses build the systems that let them grow. He works with owners and operations leaders to diagnose constraints, design operating systems, and install the workflows and automation that unlock capacity. His methodology is simple and repeatable: diagnose, design, deploy. Drew also spent years in pastoral ministry, where he learned to lead people through change, build durable structures, and keep the human core intact as organizations scale.
That ministry background still shapes how he works. Drew holds a Doctor of Ministry from Covenant Theological Seminary, and his dissertation on the doctrine of adoption informs the way he coaches leaders through identity, ownership, and the shift from operator to owner. He pairs that people-first instinct with strong systems thinking: pattern recognition, constraint focus, and a bias toward making work visible before removing the friction. Clients describe him as calm under pressure, precise, and focused on adoption over hype.
Serving on the Providence Coaching team lets Drew do the part of the work he cares about most: helping leaders scale their leadership, not their workload, without sacrificing culture or quality. He values being part of a team that treats coaching as a craft and clients as partners. Contributing his systems lens to that mission, alongside coaches he respects, is both a privilege and a genuine source of energy.
