Executive Coach & Facilitator
Charles Hooper, Jr. is a Master Certified Coach (ICF) and Executive Coach and Facilitator who accelerates leaders through complexity with clarity.
He has developed leaders in corporate, ministry, non-profit, and entrepreneurial spaces, working with senior leaders in the U.S. and internationally to design and deliver practical, results-based leadership development processes and systems.
Charles is especially skilled at accelerating High Potentials, Leaders in New Roles, and Leaders Developing New Leaders.
Clients regularly gain clarity and confidence as they navigate change and transition in their professional roles, strengthening their ability to think strategically, lead through change, and develop others.
He helps leaders experience professional-level coaching themselves, then equips them with coaching skills and tools they can immediately use in conversations with their direct reports, performance discussions, and developmental planning.
Leaders coached by Charles often report increased trust, more meaningful dialogue with their teams, and a shared ownership of growth and results. This creates cultures where coaching becomes a normal part of leadership, and where leaders intentionally grow other leaders throughout the organization.
Serving on the Providence Coaching team has allowed Charles to train and coach leaders who take extreme ownership of their development and leadership, which strengthens both the individual and the organization. The drive behind Charles’ work is rooted in a deep sense of calling to serve leaders with integrity, authenticity, and lifelong learning.
